Meat counter people totally ignored me! I was NEVER acknowledged, even when he looked me right in the face! I will never go here again and will deter others from visiting as well. And, there were NO management people available according to the woman in the front.

I have been to this place many times for the past couple of years and I really like their service however I am writing this review on the meat side only and I wish the owner sees this comment. I called them today Nov 25 to ask about fat and meat. The guy who responded to my call was so rude and others as well. i was telling him how much meat and fat I need suddenly he refused to ask about fat and hung up the phone while i was still making the order. I tried calling him back many times but never responded thus in other words, he closes the phone every time it rings. Hoping for better service on the meat side for next time.

The new management they raised there prices. About 30 to 40%for certain things.

They will give you every bone in a goat’s body before you get a piece of meat if you go to the butcher here. Highly recommend finding another place to shop. Looking through the other google reviews, this isnt a unique occurance either.
