I ordered biriyani and kebab in the morning. A lady from the restaurant called me and said that the food is not ready yet and they were unable to deliver it. I asked for refund or to substitute any other dish to fulfil my order price. She declined both and kept on saying that we neither can change the item nor refund and eventually hung up the phone. Had to call instacart to eventually cancel my order and the level of unprofessional behaviour was also visible when instacart team tried to get in touch with the restaurant and they kept on cutting/not picking their calls.

Worst Briyani I had so far in the US. Food was smelly and arrived very late. Waiter was very unprofessional. Tables were not cleaned and cost wise very expensive compared to other places in JH.

Very bad customer services. Very disappointing. Not recommended. You guys can go to the Neerob instead. Best customer service at Neerob restaurant.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! First off I was waiting in line patiently, that took a while and I was the second person in line. I finally got to the counter and asked if she had a menu but she said no, and as i proceed to ask her a question she walks away and attends to Bangali people. They checked out. I then said excuse me to a guy and said if i can have chicken tikka masala and rice. I asked for a medium, mind you its super super tiny, then before he starts putting it the same lady who ignored me started to speak to him in their language, and then hes going to charge me 20 dollars. i said what 20??? He said yes, and i said no thank you, then hes going to say 15. Excuse me?? Your food looks dry anyway. They dont like people unless youre from their country. (this doesnt apply to all of them of course) but majority. This place sucks. Their attitude sucks. Be careful, your best bet is to buy from somewhere else. Disgusting behavior. They have a B rating anyway. Closer to them theres a Bangali spot with an A rating and better quality food.
