Best food cart I have ever tried in NYC. I tried a lot of similar other carts as well but nothing compares to this one! Must try. My family loved it. We had it 4 days straight in a row when we were visiting there from Houston.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the conduct of the owner of your establishment, an individual of Indian/Pakistani descent. Although I did not make a purchase, my experience has left me deeply aggrieved due to a deceitful interaction with the proprietor.
During a visit from Virginia, I sought permission to park my vehicle in the parking lot behind the business on Water Street. The owner assured me unequivocally that parking there was permissible and that there was no risk of receiving a ticket. He further stated that no one had ever received a ticket in that area.
To my dismay, 14 days later, I received a parking citation in the mail. It is clear that the owners assurances were false, resulting in an undue expense of over $100. Had he been honest about the uncertainty surrounding parking regulations, I would have sought alternative parking arrangements.
This misleading information was not only provided to me but to two other individuals, all of whom were misled by the same false assurances. It is reprehensible for someone of his age and experience to engage in such deceitful behavior towards visitors.
I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it warrants and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I was charged $22.68 USD for a can of Pepsi. I dont know if it was an incorrect entry but I paid 20 dollars for a Pepsi can. I didnt get the receipt so now I dont have the option to claim a refund. I feel exploited as a tourist. If someone has their contact number it would be great if you could help me here.
