Still good food and quality, however getting a little stingy on the protein. I’ve been a regular customer for several years, and after a change in management (from what I can tell) the standards are a little different. I usually get double meat now just so I can get enough protein..never had to do that before. I also ask for half of the normal rice or starch base, so you would think they would give me 2 spoons of the protein, not 1 and a half.

When have we normalized an $18 bowl?? I had to beg for extra scoops to be added. She was putting samples. Bad attitude, she was worse than a robot. Disappointed. Expensive and overrated.

Extremely stingy with protein portions I need to keep asking them to add more than a table spoon and their double meat is half of a regular portion at chipotle or qdoba so adding double meat or triple meat will make it even more expensive up to 25 bucks for a mediocre bowl! Guys you wont be broke putting a normal portion of protein per bowl, but you’d definitely get broke if you loosing your customers!

Just giving everyone a heads-up after I complained about the meal portions, I learned its not just me; many other customers have made the same complaint. The fun part is, as soon as you post a review, they reply almost instantly asking you to fill out the same form and then you never hear from them again.
Smart business strategy? Maybe. But its a poor reflection of loyalty and respect toward customers.

Lowering from a 2 to a 1 star. In addition to order accuracy, portions have fallen off since my last visit, at least 20% smaller for pretty much all ingredients.

Can’t trust them to get the orders right, if you chose to do carryout be warned you have to check every single item, which is extra ridiculous because they staple the bags shut, forcing you to tear them open in the store.
Don’t bother submitting a feedback from on their site, they won’t bother to get back to you and only mention it in replies to Google reviews to save face. They don’t actually care.

This is my 3rd time trying their food, and its actually very good. Its a same concept of chipotle but a middle eastern style. You must give it a try if you want to try something new.
