It was great, biggest problem is apparently it feeds 2, not even close to enough. I felt like it was the depression era again portioning food. My advice, more chicken and less naan (bread), luckily I made plenty of rice and vegetable to make up for the lack of chicken. Very disappointed.
I was very very excited to try the chicken tikka masala. I read the instructions and followed them carefully but it was still too hot even though I kept it on low. This caused the ingredients to separate and it was ruined. I dont think including the raw chicken with pre made sauce is a good idea, because it means the sauce will be over cooked by the time the chicken is done. I would prefer if they put the chicken in a separate bag or if it came with precooked chicken
I very seldom buy meals frozen, but I wanted curry chicken without having to cook it and went for it. It was disappointing. $13 for about 7 tiny cubes of RAW chicken already in the sauce, so you’re literally drying out the sauce cooking this raw chicken. Even when making this dish from scratch, you cook the chicken first. That’s just nasty. So yes, my sauce was sticking to the pan before the chicken was cooked and the whole thing was just a mess. Stunk like vomit.I ended up just throwing it out.
I got the tandoori chicken. The raw chicken with maranade was in another bag, but about half of another bag was still attached and opened with maranade and I assume raw chicken juice spread all over the inside of the main package. Also one of the thighs was just a bone! With this kind of quality control I’m not sure about feeding this to my family.
I was so excited to try tandoori chicken, when I put it in the oven as the instructions say, when I was going to eat it I realized that it was raw and I didn’t eat it because I was afraid of the salmonella that the chicken can have, so I lost my money and it hurts me to have spent it for pleasure, I am an adult who lives on a monthly pension, it is not fair.
I love Monas curryations. It is my absolute favorite frozen meal. It is extremely easy to prepare and cook within a short amount of time. The serving sizes are perfect, and they do not skimp on the amount of food. The flavors taste as if you have spent hours cooking! I recommend the chicken tikka masala, it is my favorite. I will definitely buy Monas curryations again in the future!

A meal for two with 9 small tiny chunks of paneer definitely not worth the money
