Owners were super helpful at assisting me with finding what I needed. Even went out of their way to bring me several options for a particular spice I was needing for a recipe. Also had some delicious hot snacks available for purchase!
Well the reason for one star, in these tough times if you charge your customers $2 more than your nearest grocery store than, you bet people will walk away. Today, I came in, this was my first time to visit your store, I purchased 3 bottles of Shan ginger garlic paste , you charged me $6.49 per bottle, totalling to $19.47. The grocer, I regularly shop at, literally 5 mins walk from my house, they charge $4.29 for the same . You charged me $2.20 more per bottle a total of $6.60 more. I think the supplier is the same for these products here in Dallas Fort Worth area. Why would you do business like this? Do you believe in repeat customers?
I honestly liked your store but I will not be back. While I understand the business overheads but do not over charge your customers. You will lose them faster than you will get customers to come. I hope you will change your business strategy.
Bought some items on October 28th and saw that one of the items ( Maggi Tomato ketchup) has expired since February when I got home. Called the number listed on Google and a lady answered. I asked her for the manager and she asked me why. I told her once again that I needed to speak with him so she hung up on me. Be aware some of the items are expired and they won’t refund or exchange them since they have a sign posted.
Can confirm that milk here is $2 more than the regular grocery store. I don’t mind paying for the convenience though and to support a small business. What got me was the other item I bought had expired in Oct. 2021 and didn’t realize untill I got home because there was a small white sticker over the expiration date. It was a $3 item, so not worth trying to go back.
Very nice store owner and very helpful if you need anything. Prices are really good and you will find most of your products available at the same price of retail stores.
