Ordered from this location through DoorDash waited 45 minutes to tell me that they did not have teriyaki chicken to fulfill my order and refused to cancel on their end because they wanted DoorDash to pay them and insisted me to cancel when it was entirely their fault. What kind of restaurant runs out of chicken? Would never order this again. Richardson location is much better!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. PLEASE GO TO SPRING VALLEY AND COIT. This location has absolutely no customer service skills from cashier, I specifically requested to eat food inside but they put it togo and the guy had the never to tell me do whatever. food was thrown together like garbage.

The food is delicious and very fresh. This is not a sit down restaurant although they do have tables outside and a counter to sit at inside but its great for takeout. I was early picking up my order and I waited a few minutes while they made it. They gave me a soup because I waited. Great service!

I like their food but their customer service is horrible. Ordered over the phone then they hung up and I call again had to wait over 10min for them to tell me they didnt take the order, and for me to order it online. Got to the restaurant and they lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. I would recommend going to the spring valley and coit location.

I ordered drunken noodles with spice level 1, drive 15 minutes to pick it up and 15 minutes back. When I got home and opened my order there was nothing but chilies all over the order. I called to see what can be done, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said we dont know what spice level people can handle. What horrible service.
