I had high hopes for Oliv Grill due to the positive reviews, but unfortunately the experience was underwhelming. The gyro meat was inconsistent, with several pieces that were overcooked, dry, and even crunchy. The tomatoes had a grainy texture that made them unpleasant to eat. The staff was not rude, but they also were not particularly friendly. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

I never wrote a review in my life but service was definitely like a negative 5. Im a food delivery driver and was picking up an order. Mind you the restaurant is dead. I tell him the name and he says there prepping it. I say cool appreciate you bro. 20 minutes goes by and other drivers are picking up orders. I ask him and he says there waiting on some meat I cant remember. Bro was not genuine and didnt have the decency to tell me upfront so I could choose to cancel the order. Long story short after 25 minutes the restaurant cancels the order. Make it make sense. Food might be good 2 yall but service is not. God bless had to write this.

First visit: Amazing healthy choices for wraps or bowls including falafel, hummus, and many fresh vegetables! Includes several vegan options!
Return visit: restaurant was out of some ingredients and the meal came with only 2 falafels instead of the three listed on the menu. When we asked about it the worker said they changed the menu this morning and forgot to remove the paper menus. Even though we shared our frustration, she did not offer to add the additional falafel to make the order correct (per their written menu). Also, the music was so loud you could not hear to order. They did turn down the music some. Disappointed. Changed review from 5 to 4 stars due to poor service.

The first time we came several months ago, everything was top-notch. This time, they were out of several key ingredients, and although the paper menus at the front of the line stated the Another One bowl/wrap came with three falafels, when it came, it had two. We asked for the third falafel and we were told that it had just been changed to two today and they just hadnt removed the old menus yet. In my opinion, they should have given me the third falafel and immediately removed the old menus, as that would have been five-star customer service.

For $16 thats kind of crazy. Its all about who you get to serve you but hey atleast my chicken was fully cooked this time I guess!
