The nicest people Ive ever met! Their chicken seekh kabob and karahi are absolutely delicious. I also really enjoy their chicken biryani. The pricing is great, and the portions are generous.
BETWEEN THE REVIEWS w/ Rodney S
Q) So, Rodney, where did you go for lunch?
A) To Pak.
Q) 2pac?! The rapper?!
A) No, to Pak. I went to Pak Halal in Artesia.
Q) Oh, I see. Was this your first time visiting?
A) Yes, Rodney. A few Muslim gym buddies o’ mine kept recommending Pak Halal, so of course I had to give the place a shot.
Q) What did you order?
A) Being my first time, I gave the Special Dishes display a thorough perusing.
Knowing I wanted a beef or mutton entree, after much thought & deliberation, I went all in on Pak Halal’s Beef Nihari.
Q) Rodney, how was the Beef Nihari?
A) Spiced tender beef, swimming in flavorful broth. I enjoyed the Beef Nihari. I prefer a solid amount of fat to meat, and the Beef Nihari had just what I was looking for. Ample portions, with enough to fill up on. Speaking of filling up, the ginormous Garlic Naan provided a lot of garlicky carbs, made all the more better when soaking up with the Beef Nihari broth
Q) How was the service, and what are the seating arrangements?
A) Rodney, the service was good. The wait wasn’t unreasonable. Being a small deli, there is a table or two inside & outside. Pak Halal is more an order ahead, grab n’ go eatery. The railing outside Pak Halal acts as a standing communal table, in which I used to dine on my meal.
Q) Rodney, would you recommend Pak Halal?
A) Absolutely, Rodney! The food was great at Pak Halal, and when I’m in a hurry and not looking for a sit-down restaurant experience, I know I can head over to Pak Halal and order something to go, or enjoy a quick meal on the railing, before life’s troubles beckon me, elsewhere
Awesome place awesome service and they have zabiha chicken Al7umdulillah
Selling Halal food and posting a chicken they use us zabiha halal so I I asked the Indian dryface no smile on face how many pieces of chicken comes in chicken biryani replies 4 piece so I ordered 1 chicken biryani and waited than biryani come in a plastic box so I ask if I can sit down to eat he gave me plate and spoon upon opening the food container it was pretty much smoking (microwave) apparently they think people are stupid from looking the food and all steam from the container was going on I serch for 4 piece of chicken I found I half leg half the thai and that’s it I asked where is 4 pieces no response I asked again no response I was fed up with his silence that i kind of remind him but those people have tougher skin they are like once you hand the money good luck
For Pakistani restaurant it was famous that 3 piece of meat in biryani portions bi
But this is howay robbery I would never recommend this place my daughter works near and thier office order on 2 times a week Indian food so I was suggesting this place now I won’t you lost 400 per week sales from her office I believe they are foolish to do this type of short cut I recommend to the owner liaqat Ali. Why he doesn’t get chili spray or mace spray and just take money and spray customer so he get blind and take their money and you would have more money. I don’t recommend to eat here unless he starts giving money worth food 12 dollars is for 1.5 piece of chicken
I ordered chicken biryani and kheema both were delicious and full of flavor. The quantity was generous and definitely worth the price. The working staff, especially Sayed, was very polite and helpful. Great overall experience!
It was a very lovely evening at Pak Halal Kitchen with family!Every Food items was so tasty specially chicken tandoori. Everyone can try it.
This review may be a bit late, but I can’t help but share my recent experience at Pak Halal Kitchen for lunch. We placed our order, and in just 15-20 minutes, our food was ready! If you’re craving authentic Pakistani food on the go, this is the perfect spot especially on those busy days when cooking just isn’t an option. While it’s not a sit-down restaurant, you can easily grab your meal and enjoy it in the comfort of your car. The front area is impressively clean, and the customer service is outstanding; the staff member at the front is incredibly friendly and attentive.
Now, let’s talk about the food. We ordered chicken biryani, beef nihari, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, and garlic naan. My absolute favorites were the chicken biryani and beef nihari, and I can’t forget to mention the garlic naan it’s a must-try! The meat in both the biryani and nihari is incredibly tender, practically falling off the bones. The tandoori chicken and chicken tikka are bursting with flavor and juiciness. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I have a craving for Pakistani cuisine!
