The food is okay but the wait time is ridiculous. If you order pick up make sure you do it 20-30 minutes ahead of time because dont even try to come here if you on lunch at work because you will be super late. What a disappointment of an establishment. Ill be trying a different pitaway next time. Cuz the food is good but my oh my this wait time is crazy.

I have been to other locations; however, I went to this location because it was convenient last evening and ordered a mini combo, which came in a half-foil pan and enough food to feed four people. The white meat Chicken was deliciousgreat flavor and juicy. The young ladies who were working, Emily and Taylor, were phenomenal with Customer Service and knowledge of every food item and how they differ from each other. If youre in the area, you should try this place.

This was my very first time having PitaWay. I was confused on how to order and I think the young lady fixing my food was annoyed. (At least her face said it) I noticed its kind of like ordering chipotle but Ive only had that once.. so I didnt know what to add and not add to make it taste decent.
Food was great!! Next time Ill know exactly what to order and add on.

I doordash somewhat frequently from this restaurant, maybe 3 times a month. It used to be very good, but the last 5 or 6 times my orders have been missing ingredients. I get a bowl with hummus and pita way sauce, and they’ve been forgetting one or both of the sauces. They usually forget a vegetable or two. Today, they forgot the chicken. This is ridiculous. Staff is incompetent.

Its expensive. Delicious food. The staff helpful. They put on a good amount of toppings! The garlic spread is what makes it worth going!

They charge extra money they took 4 dollar and said Ill refund it back but never did worst pits way they put fries in the cup of water
