I bought small nice plant in a reasonable price
There is a fantastic smell of coffee and flowers
Great vibe. Friendly staff and truly fantastic plant collection. The tea and espresso drink concoctions are not to be taken lightly. Strongly recommend.
This is one of my favorite coffee places! It’s a beautiful hidden gem on the Upper East Side. Its actually a flower shop that has a small coffee spot. The space is small, but its cute if you can get a table.
They serve the best rose and lavender lattes, and their decorations are lovely! The drinks are tasty and create a beautiful vibe!
Very nice please and good coffee with a unique concept.
I love the concept of this place! It was a freezing day and it was so beautiful inside. Such a lovely place to grab a coffee! There were some sparrows in their potted trees chirping and it seemed like a magical place! I opted for the Lavender Latte and it was smooth and delicious. I also had the mixed berry scone. Really tasty. I happened to beat the rush as after I was seated it became a little crowded and a long line for coffee. They also have an upstairs.
Do not go here unless you want to rub shoulders with violent homophobes and support a business that refuses to do the bare minimum to create a safe environment for its customers. I was physically and verbally harassed by another customer while waiting for my coffee at Remi’s 48th St and 2nd Ave location. The man, who was more than twice my size, grabbed my arm, pulled me, and called me homophobic and sexist slurs. The two employees working, one of whom was the manager, saw the whole thing happen and did nothing. Immediately after the man laid his hands on me, and while he was still waiting for his coffee in the shop, I explained what happened to the two employees. They merely responded by saying, “I’m sorry” and “He’s a regular here and he’s usually pretty chill.” They could have easily canceled the man’s order and asked him to leave the shop, but instead they allowed him to sit peacefully and wait inside for his coffee after he had just physically harassed someone half his size. They didn’t even have the decency or customer service skills to offer me a refund on my coffee/pastry order. I have followed up with the business multiple times to suggest that they do not allow this man to patronize their store and terrorize other customers. They have ignored all my emails and calls. I had to return to the shop in-person to address the matter with the manager. He became extremely defensive and claimed he had no idea what happened, even though I explained it right after it happened while the assailant was still in the store. Disrespectful, embarrassing, cowardly behavior from management, who are apparently comfortable putting their customers in harm’s way.
I dont really get the hype around this place. The coffee tasted pretty average and was overpriced, and we didnt even get the famous flower art that theyre known for.
I was asked to move to another table at 5:55 pm because they close at 6 pm, and they need to clean and move the tables to where I was sitting. I knew they needed to close the store, but it should still be done after 6 pm, and it should be my choice when to leave and move in those 5 minutes. I paid $8 drink and was treated like I was bothering their work
