I went into this store for goat meat. The gentleman who got my order was quite pleasant. Unfortunately the older gentleman behind the counter assumed that I was paying with food stamps – which I was not. Then he said that my payment declined which was surprising since I had now than enough funds to cover payment. Then I thought well since he assumed that the card was food stamps of course would decline. Though things like this and worse happen to Black people every day. I just want to warn others so they know what type of establishment this is.
They will never see another dollar of my money.

So grateful to have found this place! Freshest of the fresh meat, with kind and helpful owners. If you are needing to follow a low-histamine diet, or react to aged meats sold in most stores this place is a must! Every Friday they get fresh Goat and get other meats much fresher than I’ve seen at other places. What a gem!

I feel completely cheated by this business!! I was there yesterday to buy lamb chops, ground beef, and chicken breast. I was grossly overcharged for the lamb chop and ground beef. The price sign said $18.99 for lamb chops but I was charged $25.99 and when I went back to question the price, the owner said the list price is for the whole lamb chop. It didnt make sense because the price sign didnt specify and it only said lamb chops $18.99. I was charged $13 per pound for the ground beef and the sign is $8.99. Im very disappointed and will not be going back there.
