Shahnawaz Palace absolutely ruined my brothers wedding. We paid thousands for this venueincluding $1000 just for a specific stage setup that was supposed to be the centerpiece of the event. What we walked into was a complete joke: a cheap, thrown-together setup that looked like it was built last minute with leftover scraps. It was nothing like what we agreed on.
When we rightfully complained, the management was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. But the worst part? When we asked to adjust the price for their blatant failure, they threatened not to serve the food. Let that sink inthey held our wedding food hostage in front of hundreds of guests until we paid in full. Extortion, plain and simple.
This venue has no integrity, no class, and no business hosting anyones big day. If you care about your event, your money, or basic human decencystay far, FAR away from Shahnawaz Palace.

This was the worst venue Ive ever been to. The stage was very different from what was advertised, the colours were off, and the only similarity was the background. They werent restocking the food and we had to do that ourselves. The pasta ran out instantly, and there wasnt any more.They didnt cut the cake and left it all to the guests. They gave us the wrong desserts. When we talked to them about this, they wouldnt even acknowledge their mistakes, and the manager just up and left while there were still many unresolved problems. Never coming again.

Amazing Buffet !! The variety of food was impressive. Each and every dish was freshly prepared with perfect amount of spice level. Service was excellent. Highly recommending. Rating one of the best pakistani restaurant.

The staff is very rude, unprofessional and has no manners how to manage and deal with customers. We are really disappointed today. We all were 28 people. Their closing time was 9. O’ clock but they literally kicked us out at 7:40. We will never go there.

Absolutely appalling experience at Shahnawaz! We were kicked out before closing time (9 pm) in the middle of our meal, with no warning or explanation. The staff started yelling at us to leave, which was incredibly embarrassing, especially since I had guests over. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is staggering. We were enjoying our food, and suddenly, we were being ushered out like we were a nuisance. The worst part was the yelling it was relentless and humiliating. Needless to say, we won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 1/10 would not recommend.

We had a big party today at this place our maim concern was their behavior the closing time was 9 o’clock on Groupon they started to shout and yelled on us at 7:30 to leave the place they shouted again 7:40 and yelled again to get out of the place we were enjoying the food and having this kind of unprofessional behavior surprised and disappointed us we decided not to go there again.

We went there for buffet. They have a variety of dishes including desserts. Food was good. Atmosphere is a bit dim and gloomy.
Overall a good place if you are a good eater.

Me and my family went there on Sunday 6pm. The closing time is 8pm but by 730 the manager was yelling and clapping his hands at everyone in the hall to leave. We felt very disrespected by this behavior and will not be going back.

Shahnawaz Palace has the best food and catering services. We had catering to Walima yesterday at our sons wedding. The food was so tasty, all guests were so happy that Shahnawaz is here. The staff was great and professional all night. We are so happy we had them cater the event. Alhumdulillah all in all a wonderful time. Eee use to go for buffet on weekends but they can cater weddings and feed hundreds of people. They are great!!!Thanks again.
