I am a professional driver and a loyal customer of Shahs Halal Food. I have eaten at many of your locations across the country and have always appreciated the consistent taste and quality.

However, today I had the most disappointing experience at your [insert location/address] branch. The food I received was the worst Ive ever had from any Shahs Halal location the taste was bland, the smell was unpleasant, and the overall quality was extremely poor. Even the dining area had a bad odor, and the service was far below acceptable standards.

This kind of experience not only affects your customers but also damages the reputation of your entire brand. I strongly urge you to take immediate action either improve this location drastically or consider shutting it down, as it does not reflect the quality associated with Shahs Halal Food.

I walked in a little after midnight for a chicken and rice plate with “1 stripe of hot sauce”. Perfect!
