Great food and friendly service every time I go in

I get food from this place about once a week because I genuinely enjoy the food, but lately the service has been disappointing. For the last three times Ive ordered, I specifically asked for hot sauce on the side and every time, its been missing from the bag when I get home.

Today I finally called the store to explain the issue, just to give them a heads-up and hopefully get a little more attention to detail moving forward. The woman who answered the phone responded with, Its a free hot sauce, what do you want me to tell you? Honestly, thats not the kind of response you expect when bringing up a repeated issue. How about a simple apology or something like, Were sorry about that, well make sure you get your hot sauce next time? Its called customer service.

Im not asking for anything special just to get what I ordered, and to be treated with a little respect when I bring up a concern. Good food only goes so far when the service doesnt match.
