We are consistent happy/satisfied customers. Not the typical American restaurant. Buffet family & friends enjoy. Soup, salad, chicken, beef, rice. It works. I’m sure “we” (family) will enjoy many more repeat visits.
The nicest most polite people you will ever meet. The best food possible. During Ramadan they were working so hard without food or drink. Super respectful. The store is super clean. Awesome bunch of people.
Ordered a large fattoush salad with chicken schwarma for take out and they put the hot chicken over the lettuce which made the salad soggy. Chicken was very dry almost inedible and the soggy lettuce was swimming in dressing. My recommendation is to put the dressing and chicken on the side and not to have the chicken as dry.
This is my favorite place to eat in Kalamazoo. I love their garlic sauce, and I’ve never found another that even comes close. Get yourself a nice pile of rice, some of their delicious greens, a nice heap of chicken shawarma, and a few of the well-seasoned roasted potatoes and you’re in for a real treat. Plenty of other amazing items too like their lentil soup, okra, and falafel. I can’t recommend this place enough.
