Wow, I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Softgel Technology. From the first contact with Cesar to Brandon, to scheduling a meeting Veronica helped organize & to those I met in the facility: Freddy, Juan x 2, Jimmy and Alberto. The manufacturing staff all were pleasant to meet as well. Cesar answered all my questions honestly and was prompt. Brandon very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty about the specs of my product. I was fortunate to take a tour of the facility and operations. They do QC testing throughout each process until delivery. I was amazed of how organized and clean the facility was. I was able to see how fish oil was encapsulated & sample their fish oil. Even though we found out there are a lot of hurdles with my product concept, the team continued and still continues to treat me well. I like them sooo much I plan on doing business with Softgel Technology in the next 5 months.

Even though I have not gone as far as using Softgel Technology for Manufacturing… The experience Ive had with them so far is better than the 10-15 manufacturers I previously contacted since July.
