Hire more cashiers. In line for 10 minutes waiting at the self-checkout line. Why do we have to do the cashier’s work? Pay people, not buggy machines.

The bottle machine for redemption was not working. When I inquired at the customer service desk and asked that they take the bottles and cash them they refused? This is inconsistent as at previous times bottles were accepted when their machine was not operating. they are required by law to accept the bottles either by machine or by hand because they collected the deposits when the beverages were purchased!!! Also, this place should have the public restrooms made available to the public as it is a supermarket! why are these restrooms locked? this is a public health hazard, particularly for seniors or people with health conditions. This Stop and Shop should be investigated by Boston’s inspirational services.

Rude staff and if you want for them to open in the morning theyll call security on you.. because they feel pressured to open. Already emailed the property manager of the location about it
