Food was delicious!!! We will be back again and again. We tried the appetizer PAPDI CHAAT and ate to fast we didnt get a picture of it. The mutton and chicken tikki masala were perfect. Tender meat, full of flavor. I could drink the chicken tikki masala sauce it was so good!!! If wondering if you should try or not, go for it and you will be glad you did.

Went to Tandoor By Kababeque on a rainy Saturday night today, and even though there were only two staff members working, the service was still amazing! They managed everything so well. I ordered the mutton karahi, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The BBQ was also excellent. It was juicy, smoky, and full of taste. Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere despite the weather. Definitely coming back! My server, kylsee, was very sweet and kind, and made sure everything was perfect.

First the good things…the service by our server/ owner( i should have asked the name wae awesome) 10/10 for service. For that alone I will go back. We ordered mix grill platter with …chicken bihari boti which was the best I have had in town hands down …compares to lali on Baghdad lamb bihari boti almost…second close ..malai tikka was not as malai but more like chicken tikka but good taste nevertheless ..the roll with chicken malai tikka we ordered for our son was good and filling so highly recommend all the rolls good portion and good taste…..it was our first time ever to visit we wanted to try their beef bihari boti but got paneer tikka instead as it was sold out and it was tough to chew and swallow so will not recommend. We ordered beef nihari which was runny but with dash of lemon it made up the taste….so not all bad ….its nothing compared to himalayas beef nihari which we get in houston but good attempt for Austin. Now the irks not many but few that can be kinked out… tables are placed too close for comfort..the only one that was available so running to packed houses that amounts to a lot too… we seemed or felt like huddled together…the woman on the right was literally in my face though sitting diagonally opposite…on the left i could have eaten from her plate without her noticing. I did not ok…
It felt like very communal eating….but the fact that its packed and food is good…and its good quality for a halal….I have eaten with my muslim friends in shalimar/ tempura/ mirchi days..this is exquisite can’t wait to bring my friend here who is from Karachi she would love it. Sorry did not take any pics but a memorable night with family with me with a promise to come back again and again…provided they remain consistent in their taste.
