Very small portion size, very less protein quantity. Chicken was very dry and falafel was overcooked and get dry as well.

Today is new years day and my goal was to try 25 different ethnicities of Food. I was going to start with halal guys but before I could order i saw a employee sitting on a counter in addidas slides dirty socks on her phone. Definitely not something I want to see walking into a restaurant to order food

Who owns this franchise? A real cheapskate. This is not how you get repeat business! You charge $2 for extra sauce and try to give as little food as possible to the consumer. The worker used a half a scoop for each portion. If you go to Halal Guys, visit the South San Jose location. No one cares about extra sauce and the portions are generous there. Maybe you should take some business tips from that location.

i use to love this location customer service was always great. and generous portions m. but today went paid 40 bucks for two larges and it was lack luster. portions were so small i had to give my husband my share to make sure he had enough while i ate something else. everything was cold and dry. i watched the worker scoop the meat not fully and then shake some out. wont be coming back. food use to fill the brim now it only fills half way. for the price id be happier at a lesser place like taco bell.

Love the food, service, fast, clean, friendly, but parking is limited ar the santa clara location due to it being attached to an apartment complex.
