Anyone else notice significantly less protein in their regular platters? I dont think Ill be visiting this establishment anymore.

Placing an order online means 1 scoop of chicken and lots of lettuce and rice. My regular platter had a 1 scoop of chicken and rest was just lettuce and some rice. When I went on their app the review link was broken conveniently. If you lower your quality of product people will stop coming.

The falafel DOES haVE cilantro in it – FYI in case you have that soapy-tasting gene when it comes to cilantro.

Crew members are very rude when asking to put meat on enough quantity refused to do so and they increase the price but not quantity

Terrible experience at Halal Guys in King of Prussia. The staff was extremely rude and full of attitude no customer service at all. They were carelessly throwing our food around like it was a burden to serve us. On top of that, they charged extra for chicken but gave the same regular portion, which felt really dishonest. They also overcharged for other basic items that shouldve been included. Completely disappointed and definitely not coming back.

The meat quality was very poor only the white sauce had any flavor. I had stomach pain after eating. Sadly, the food isnt like it used to be.
