Really good, I’d make one suggestion. Cleanliness is the upmost important value a restaurant should have, I’ve noticed that the prep station gets incredibly busy and there are more than 6-8 sets of hands going in and out of a small quartered space, this is my only concern. Sides should be kept at proper temperatures as well as the meats. While I observed I noticed one of the workers in that small area sneeze, that was frightening specially, because my order was in the direct vicinity. Please, I implore you, train them well and limit the amount of people around the prep area, I know it’s hard to do but, consider the alternative. You have a very good product and we don’t want to lose you, I’m a regular and refer people always, don’t let me down. I have a direct line to the Food and Safety Board.
It was my first time trying Mediterranean food, and I really enjoyed the pita breadit was so good! The rice was a bit too salty, but overall the flavors were interesting. We ordered two mixed kebabs that came with chicken, beef, and kafta. On the side, we also added some crispy fried falafel, nut baklava, and pistachio baklava. Since it was my very first Mediterranean meal, I cant really compare whether it was authentic or not, but the restaurant itself was clean and bright, and the staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful in explaining the different dishes to us
