Masjid Ibn Taymiyah and Islamic Center was established in 2003, by the assistance of Allah the Mighty and Majestic and the hard of work and commitment of the community.A source of guidance and knowledge, it is a center catering to the needs of Muslims in the Greater Columbus Area, helping Muslims fulfill their Islamic obligations and spiritual needs. To provide the necessary tools to the Muslim community to observe and perform some of the basic obligations of Islam (including Salat and Burial) and help foster close relations between Muslims of all races, groups and nationalities. It is also to provide the necessary education to adolescent couples and reconcile between them. Our vision is realized when all students achieve their full potential in life

To provide a peaceful and family oriented Islamic atmosphere, based on the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) with the understanding of the Salaf (pious predecessors) for all Muslims. It is also to provide the necessary Islamic education for our community in general and particularly for our youth. Our mission is also to invite non-Muslims to the religion of Monotheism.
