To build an Islamic Community and facilitate the needs of a rapidly growing Muslim population in Palos Park area and surrounding suburbs. To provide a place to worship freely and comfortably, utilizing all avenues of outreach, while providing an Islamic environment to the current and future generations. Lastly, to build bridges of peace and understanding with non-Muslims by illustrating the true loving image of our Islamic faith.

The Palos Islamic Center serves the spiritual, religious and communal needs of area Muslims by means of nurturing their faith, upholding their values, and fostering the well-being of the surrounding community through worship, charity, education, outreach, and civic engagement. The Prayer Center of Palos Islamic Center strives to be the cornerstone for Palos Park and its neighboring communities through activities such as: the Five Daily Prayers, Community Services, Educational Programs, Youth Activities, Philanthropy, Recreational Activities, Social Activities and much more.
