I had such a wonderful experience at Al Ameer! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish tasted authentic and clearly made with care.
What really made the visit special, though, was our server, Mary. She was incredibly nice, funny, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She made us feel right at home, offered great recommendations, and kept us laughing throughout the meal. Its rare to find someone who makes dining out feel so comfortable and enjoyable.
If youre looking for great Middle Eastern food and even better service, Al Ameer is the place to go. Ask for Mary shell make your experience unforgettable!

This was a great experience and Im compelled to leave a review. The owner was great, the food was unbelievable, and the crew looked like hard working kids, who were very polite. As soon as the owner found out it was my first time in, he did everything he could to make sure my experience was great. Generally speaking, I get good customer service at places, but you can tell if its fake. He was genuinely making sure that I left with a good experience. Our order was out quickly. The chicken Shawarma is unlike any one Ive ever had. I even cut up some fresh tomatoes from my garden and added them in with the bites. It just has a unique authentic taste of realism to it. The garlic is almost whipped. Another very unique and unexpected delightful addition. I was dipping my Shawarma in it! We got the Fattoush, and the only thing I wish was different, was us getting a larger size. It was better than any comparable Ive ever had. The bread is that round / soft, with sometimes crispy edges fresh bread. The best kind.

I had an amazing experience with Juju. She was awesome and helped us select our delicious dinners. We went with the stuffed lamb, a combo platter, grape leaves, tabouli, and fatush. Everything was delicious, and we had so much fun. I highly recommend All Ameer with Juju.

Excellent Middle Eastern Dining Experience!
Al Amir Restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their shawarma, hummus, and kebabs are absolutely delicious authentic taste that feels homemade. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome every time you visit. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for families or friends gathering for a meal.

We don’t make it to Dearborn often but when we do, we make sure to eat our favorite cuisine at Al Ameer. Today was no different. Mary was our server and made us feel right at home. She knew we were dining in and brought a cooler to make sure to bring the deliciousness back home by Lake Michigan. Mary knew what we needed before we did and I’m so grateful. Mary, God bless you!
