Tried Alvis Kitchen for the first time and absolutely loved the experience! The menu brings a creative twist to desi flavors, and the portions were generous too.
Heres what I had:
Bihari Bao Bun Soft, pillowy bao with a flavorful filling that really stood out. I just wished there was a little more stuffing to enjoy with every bite.
Chicken 65 Bao Bun Crispy, tangy, and full of spice, tucked perfectly into a fluffy bun.
Beef Seekh Paratha Roll Juicy and well-seasoned beef wrapped in a hearty paratha. The paratha was a bit thick, but a thinner wrap with some fresh green chutney would take it to the next level, reminding me of classic Karachi rolls.
Malai Tikka Boti Paratha Roll Creamy, tender chicken that melted in the mouth and paired so well with the paratha.
The staff was super welcoming and cooperative during pickup, which made the whole experience even better. Cant wait to see their dine-in restaurant open soon wishing the team all the best!
I have a really hard time finding good Pakistani food in the DFW area. I tried the catering from here at a friends party and instantly knew this is the real deal. Ordered some catering for myself and will be ordering again in the future. The chef is a dedicated individual who cares about the food he makes.
Yesterday, I ordered Chicken Biryani from Alvis Kitchen, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The biryani was scrumptiousperfectly cooked with rich flavors and just the right amount of spice.
We had requested the biryani to be ready by 6 PM sharp, and I was really impressed with their punctuality. When we arrived to pick it up, everything was prepared on time and ready to go.
Asif Bhai also surprised us with some Jalebi, and it was outstandingcrispy, sweet, and truly reminiscent of the classic Karachi style.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Great food, timely service, and thoughtful hospitality. Ill definitely be ordering again!
I recently visited their new small cafe to try their food for any future catering event, and it was such a great experience. The food was phenomenal. Very authentic Pakistani flavours and cooked perfectly.
We tried the shank nihari, seekh kebabs, haleem, and naan. Everything was just to the point. Rich flavours, great spice balance, and very satisfying.
I also had a chance to speak with the chef, who was very friendly, accommodating and took time to explain the dishes.
I went back again to try their halwa puri and paratha rolls and they were too good.
Highly recommended especially for catering or a casual meal out.
