I had a very bad experience at Brother Halal Farms. The Arabic salesman was extremely rude, making angry faces at us and speaking in a disrespectful way. He even threw the sheep on the scale very roughly. When I asked him why he was treating us like that, instead of apologizing he raised his voice at me.
As a paying customer, I cannot accept this kind of treatment. Respect and good manners are basic, and this place clearly does not value its customers. Honestly, I would give them less than 1 star because of this rudeness. If you are stressed from work, dont take it out on customers, because customers have rights. If that rude guy wasnt there, the place might be fine to go to, but with him, never again.
The meat quality itself is good, but the butchers handling practices are extremely unhygienic. I witnessed them throwing meat onto the gutters and packing customer orders right next to the waste disposal area. This raises serious health concerns, as such practices could easily lead to contamination and the spread of dangerous illnesses. Customers should be aware that eating meat prepared this way may expose them to risks like bird flu or other viruses.
A wonderful and clean sheep farm, good handling and affordable prices, and also contains all kinds of cattle such as sheep and goats as well as Chicken of all kinds .
