Fallooda is very good

The food is really delicious! I especially like the pricing on the chicken legs/thighs and chicken breast. Bread, though like naan or paratha can be quite pricey.
I deducted some stars for their service simply because they’ve gotten the orders wrong on numerous occasions when they’re busy, and they pass along a different variation of your order than the one you asked for. For example, getting a medium spicy piece of chicken when I’d ordered the Bihari or the spicy one.

The service was very poor and the food was completely tasteless. The chole was so dry it was hard to even swallow. When I went back to speak with the staff, the girl in the kitchen told me, This is how we cook it if you want, come to the back and Ill show you. That response was shocking and unprofessional.
The dish looked unappetizing, served in cheap plastic containers, and eating it honestly felt stressful rather than enjoyable. I really regret not checking the reviews before going its no surprise their rating is so low.

Called them to place a togo order and they took 10mins for placing the order and at the end after taking in all details they mentioned that cc payment process is down on their end and asked to come to store and place the order.

Although food tastes amazing, I felt super annoying to go through the call for 10mins and failed to place order.
