I just moved out of state from California i was excited to go to this new spot i was in a great mood since its me first time coming to a restaurant in Edina in a new state. As soon as i walked in they didnt greet me i had to wait 2 minutes for someone to come up to me white dude with grey beard with the apron that works late at 10:30 to 11:30pm was rude i asked him i wanted a burger press and he was trying to act like he didnt hear me he was being rude and I wasnt making eye contact so he was judging me. He pointed to the iPad monitor thing you order from I ordered there then after that i got my receipt and I chose to pay on the counter. I was waiting on the counter for 6 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or came to help me. I sat back down because that was rude that nobody noticed or wanted to help me. Then the same guy came back from somewhere i wasnt looking and he called my number and I got upset with him and told him why didnt nobody want to help me I was waiting the whole time he had a attitude and got defensive after he saw how upset I was and instead of apologizing to me or taking consideration for how upset I was he was talking back to me. I told him Im not gonna argue with you give me your name and he didnt want to give me his name. I sat back down and waited angrily and frustrated after the exchange. He tried too be all nice after how rude he was too me the whole time and was like have a goodnight and I took the food and left without saying anything. I need this dude fired he was rude and unprofessional he was being rude to me for absolutely no reason. Im gonna call the manager tomorrow this was truly unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had the scariest and most unsettling experience ordering food from a delivery service tonight. Ordered from this store, had decent reviews, in from out of town but from here. Ordered but driver didnt pick up until significantly later, didnt think too much of it, its a summer Friday night that just got rained out. Odd but okay. It wasnt a large order and not complicated in the least. Wait for the order for an hour and a half, transit doesnt take more than 15 minutes but ok. I was in the lobby waiting for my delivery for five minutes, they are allegedly here. The lobby is empty other than the front desk worker, security guy, and one man who walked in carrying nothing and now lingering. Feeling unsettled, I went outside to see whats going on knowing security knows Im waiting on food and has his eye on me. Waited ten minutes before calling my partner due to being uncomfortable waiting. Theres only one soul in the street sitting in the car directly in front of the hotel doors, windows down, not interacting with nothing but going back and forth between their seats. Seemed odd. Not okay hanging outside any longer.
Called partner to take care of it, he got the driver on the phone and meets me at the elevator to the lobby. He gets to the lobby only to find its the random who is empty handed. He tells my guy he went to the restaurant and there was no food. We assume that is a lie, but cant take this mans word for it. What I see is someone who waited for the restaurant to not be available when scamming to potentiallygain access to a secured building. Not sure if its a scam going with the restaurant or individual. My partner walked outside to see if the food was out there, it wasnt. Got a picture of the car and plate. Kept trying to get my dude over to his car let me show you something, let me just talk to you. Guy tried to get him to stay outside, my friend, my friend. Front desk and security witnessed bizarre interaction as well it being on security footage. All have quite a bit of experience with delivery orders and agreed it was beyond abnormal and potentially dangerous behavior. Immediatly called the police. He marked the item as delivered with a blank photo, obviously a scam. Contacted uber immediately with no response because both the UBER app and restaurants like to act like they hold no responsibility. Your restaurant, your food, your name attached. I have done deliveries, they dont work like this. This is scary behavior.
May not be this restaurants fault, they may not know this guy or be in on his scam but I cant recommend ordering from this restaurant when this has been my experience. Im not putting blame on this restaurant but they should know of such potentially dangerous behaviors happening associated to their name and product. Cops were made aware of the situation immediately and wanted to make sure the business and your customers receive the same information.

The food is always tasty. We tried their peri chicken and it was really good. The burgers are really good too. Enjoyed eating on the patio with the awesome weather.

Walked in atmosphere was solid. Lights hanging, great ambience. Onto the ordering. Decided to dabble into the Smokey chipotle burger added a second patty and was astounded by the 24 dollar price. I know it is a smash burger but they smashed it too much. It was kinda of dry, thank god for ketchup and mustard. Nearly 50 bucks for a Smokey chipotle burger and a kids hamburger that dried my mouth out. The chances of me returning are 0. Staff was nice.
