We needed a notary on a Sunday afternoon. We drove all over town and every business that provides notary services was closed. When we got back home, I figured that I would try to find a notary online that is available on Sundays, but was pretty sure that I wouldn’t be able to find one. I called Cal Budget Services. When Shahin answered the phone, I expected that she was going to tell me that she wasn’t available on Sunday. Much to my surprise, she dropped everything and agreed to meet us at her office. Shahin was so nice and welcoming even though we interrupted her Sunday afternoon. Although she has other services available, she didn’t try to sell us anything. Actually, she welcomed us in a way that it felt like good friends that have known each other for years. When we saw that she was also an insurance agent, we inquired about renter’s insurance coverage. If Shahin had turned us down and not gone into her office on a Sunday afternoon, escrow would not have closed on time on the house we are selling. We appreciate her help, and we will definitely use her services again and we will also recommend her to everyone we know.

I took my auntie to do her taxes and she was lied to. was told she suppossed to receive a quite large amount of tax return and the IRS rejected it because they were done incorrectly. She said my auntie misunderstood and she wasnt getting that amount beause Trump is building the WALL.Maybe less GAME OF THRONES ON HBO!! very rude lady and unprofessional -FRAUD TAX PREPARER!!!! tax lady name is SHAHIN!!!
