The service was fast, the guy on the front receiver is with a smile and happy to guide us on what to order and try one of the sauces. We order two order of the chicken on the cone. It was a nice surprise, for me was ok. The chicken has a good taste no dry. It was a good experience

Good food, one person was handling everything. It took 20 mins to get our food which was alright as there were 10 of us (3 adults and 7 kids). 4 stars only because chicken sandwich was more on the spicy side, lots of jalapeños, will just address it next time. Going to try few other items on the menu next time.

What amazing food and the KARAK CHAI is a must have. The pizza was fresh the chicken was fresh the restaurant was clean it was all and all a great experince. Will go there again.

Ordered these for an event and they were an absolute hit! The restaurant was so thoughtful in wrapping. The assembly was fun and the chicken was delicious! Definitely will order again!

I wanted to try this place out and was alright with our food and experience. There were a couple of pros and cons to this place for sure. Ill go in order to show the good and bad.
GOOD
1. The food was delicious! It was cooked properly and I can tell that the worker did like working there.
2. The amount of seating was abundant. There were a lot of options and places to sit.
3. The aesthetic is very pleasing, including a statement claiming the restaurant was clucking good which gave us a few laughs.
4. The location is placed in a nice spot in The Collection. You can have a nice lunch or dinner here and head straight for a movie nearby, or head to Great American Cookies or a Le Macaron for a fresh dessert right next to you (if you arent sugared-out already)!
BAD
1. The prices. For two chicken & rice bowls, two bottles of water + tip, it was near $35 dollars for two people to eat. I would say its quite ridiculous.
2. When we ordered our food, we ended up buying two water bottles. We never got them with our order, most likely because our food took a bit longer to cook than expected due to the fact only one person was working here, and he simply forgot. He seems very nice but we need more employees to make this experience more efficient and orderly. We ended up having to buy another drink when we already paid nearly $35. We paid $3 in cash but we didnt get our change. It shouldve been 50 cents back but we never received it.
3. Drink options werent available. We ended up getting a soda instead of a water bottle and the machines didnt have full drinks. One drink option was completely covered so we couldnt even see what it was.
4. Bathroom was LOCKED. Yeah Locked. I tried opening it and it wouldnt open, not sure about that
So yeah, my experience was pretty mediocre to say the least. I was a bit disappointed and surprised since I heard this location was very well known to be a good place for some chicken. Not sure I would come again, but I am happy for the experience.
