Not as good as I was told it would be. The fried chicken does not have enough seasoning. The eggplant is ok just don’t like the texture. The rose water was great.

The service here was extremely disappointing. When I mentioned to the lady at tge counter that the buffet only had chicken and no red meat, she walked me over to point out a single beef kebab tray and a gyro tray, but also told me that we were not allowed to take leftovers home. This came across as unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She then handed me tokens for lamb shank, which is included in the buffet price but not displayed in the buffet line you only get it if you know to ask. When I went to the counter for it, the chef was equally rude, making angry faces instead of being helpful.
The buffet itself was a major letdown almost entirely chicken dishes, with very limited red meat options. Considering the price, it was a complete waste of time and money. Poor customer service, limited variety, and not worth it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I visit Dimassi’s almost three times a week during my lunch break since it’s so close to my office, and every time, the experience is consistently great. I want to especially mention Binitashes always incredibly polite, kind, and professional. Her warm attitude and attention to customers truly make a difference. It’s rare to find someone who consistently treats everyone with such respect and care.
