This thing blew me away! Seriously, the quality is amazing, and the food is incredible. You can tell how much effort they put into it. I’m so happy I bought the Rasmali Tres Leche and you totally should too. It’s a must-have if you were to visit.

such a cozy place to hang out. me and my bf come here all the time study and do hw. the workers are so sweet and will happily help you if you need anything. definitely recommend coming here.

Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good (hence 2 stars, and not 1), but the service is just non existent.
I literally dont recall a single experience with them to be issue-free. If I order for pick up – I get ignored, even when asked for pick up, only later to be told ohh youre picking up?
If I order a delivery – half the time they just replace items without asking if thats what you want, and other times you just get wrong items.
Every interaction Ive had with their employees I always feel like they just dont care about their customers.
Unfortunately there arent many decent places to grab coffee and breakfast in the area, so I continued to order from them for a while. But today was kind of the last straw: I ordered a delivery, and they delivered a sweet croissant, instead of a breakfast sandwich. So I placed another order for a different breakfast sandwich, thinking they just didnt have that particularly one. They called me 20 mins later with no apologies and rude attitude telling me their kitchen isnt working and that I need to cancel my order, which I couldnt do myself because I wouldnt get a refund. The owner was super rude and ended up hanging up on me when I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I mean, ok? Youre gonna call me, give me an attitude, not fix the issue, and be annoyed that I dared to complain?
I ended up getting a resolution through DoorDash, but it did take a while of back and forth with a DoorDash rep, which Im not the one who should be doing.

I Go here every morning for my Caramel Cream Latte, which is done by the Girl in the morning and its Simply to me the best drink on their Menu. You can taste the coffee is freshly grind every day, and my drink is sweet, but not too sweet. They give off such a peaceful atmosphere as well.

Grizzly Coffee is a great little spot with friendly staff and a chill vibe. Nice interior.
The iced latte was smooth and refreshing, and the chicken puff pastry was delicious , flaky and full of flavor.(and its HALAL) The only downside was the room felt a bit warm , but overall its still a cozy place worth visiting. Will definitely be back!

I survived college only because of this place. The environment is peaceful; great place to do homework and study. The staff is amazing and nice. Overall one of the best cafes in the area.

Asked if matcha is unsweetened, was told it’s not sweet. The drink is loaded with sugar and looks to be iced milk rather than iced matcha. Won’t be back.
