who ever is working makes it seem like they are doing you a favor. customer service is an absolute zero. Beautiful stuff just needs to get workers that actually want to help the people wanting to buy from them? Isnt that the point. Anyway may god bless them and they change this.
hands down the best hijab store in the area! i absolutely love their modal and chiffon collections theyre so comfortable and elegant. the staff is extremely helpful and sweet, which makes the shopping experience even better. definitely a 10/10!

I had such a wonderful experience shopping here! Zeinab was so helpful and patient she helped me in picking out multiple hijabs for different occasions and made the process so easy. She was very professional, the shop was clean and organized, and she made sure I found exactly what I needed. Overall, such a kind and helpful person Ill definitely be coming back!

I originally came in looking for a dress to wear as a wedding guest, and Zeinab went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She was so patient, kind, and attentive throughout the process.
A few days later, I returned to pick out a hijab and accidentally bought the wrong color. On the day of the wedding, I realized my mistake and called the store in a panic. Zeinab truly went out of her wayon a Saturday evening at 6 pmwaiting for me to come in so I could exchange it and get the right match for my outfit.
Her level of customer service is unmatched, and she made what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant. Hijabee is lucky to have someone like Zeinab on their team!

You claim you searched your records but you dont even have my information, so how exactly did you do that? That kind of response doesnt solve anything, it just makes it clear that instead of listening to customers, you would rather try to discredit them.
The correct approach would have been simple: apologize and ask me to contact you to resolve the issue. Thats what good customer service looks like. Instead, your reply is defensive, accusatory, and unprofessional.
And since it is obvious your reply was written using ChatGPT, maybe next time you should use it to learn how to improve customer service and how to respond to customers with respect. Go read your own reviews. Many people are pointing out the same problem. Customer service is your issue, not me leaving an honest review.

Dont buy!!!
Ive shopped at Hijabee in Dearborn Heights off Ford Road many times over the years and have always loved their scarves. They were my go-to spot whenever I needed one because of the quality.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I spent over $250 on scarves. After just one wash, they shrunk to the point where they no longer cover my hair. For scarves at this price point, that should never happen.
Its such a shame, because I used to trust Hijabee for quality, but it feels like things have changed. This time around, the product did not meet expectations at all. I left very disappointed, and honestly, I wont be returning.
i was NOT offered a discount!!!! she said i can not do anything about it im sorry I bought a dress for almost $200 and didnt even get to wear it. Their clothing is so cheap. The zipper popped an hour before the engagement when I was putting on the dress, I unzipped it put on the dress when I tried to re-zip it up It got stuck and broke. The dress was a loose fit. I got their smallest size. I have a small waist so the fit was not the problem. It was the cheap material. I called them the day of the engagement trying to see if theres anything I can do and they told me no it left the store fine. This is not how you accommodate customers. Yes It left the store fine, but if your clothes are this cheap, You need to lower your prices because this dress is sold at many different stores for a lot cheaper. It was my fault, I read the bad reviews and still chose this store giving them the benefit of the doubt.
