Noori Masjid is an Islamic institute founded in 2001 located in Plano TX, to revive the true teachings of Islam as per Nabi e Kareem Sallallahu ‘alihi wasallam.The inception of Noori Masjid came into existence with the inspiration of Huzoor Hafiz-e Millat, Ustaad ul-Ulama, Hadrat Allama Maulana Hafiz Abdul Aziz Muhaddith Mubarakpur (Rahmatullahi Alaih). He is the founder of the Al-Jamiatul Ashrafia Arabic University, Mubarakpur.

This was my first time at this masjid. One star is for delivering the Friday khutba in Urdu. Yesterday was Christmas Eve and the content of the sermon was relevant. The message of the khutba was moderate.

Masha’allah I like the traditional style of the masjid. It is a nice place to pray however jummah was only in Urdu and Arabic. This is probably a good community to join if Urdo is your primary language. as a convert of two decades I’d probably recommend going to another mosque.
