I picked up an order in this location and fell right as I was stepping out of the door. Something caught my shoe and even though I fell right in front of the staff, the lady who said she was the GM did not come over to see if I was okay or anything. She stepped on the metal piece at the door to test it and it was wiggling. Though it was loose, she said it had always been like that. I asked them to do an incident report and she just called someone, took my name and phone number, then she told me the owner would contact me. My right knee was skinned up and my hip has been throbbing. This lady named Mary, the so-called GM, had the nerve to be rude with me after I got upset about the way they refused to properly handle the situation.

We went to halal guys at around 12 in the afternoon and we are first customers I guess on that day. We ordered the chicken platter and everything went well but while eating we had stale smell coming from chicken and it was cold like serving directly from last night freezer. I never expected Halal guys to treat customers like that and $30 for two bowls of chicken platter for stale meat is insane. Never recommend this place for others better eat at chipotle across the road.

Its been a minute since Ive been to a halal guys anywhere.. I deliver for uber eats and I go to many different eateries throughout the day as you could imagine. Today I felt like halal guys and during a pick up for a customer I placed an order for myself. They made my order within 2 minutes and when I got home and took a bite, I was very glad that I ordered. The two ladies that helped me were awesome. Food was amazing. Ill be back!

The workers there are not nice at all its like we did something horable to them like what did i do and one of them is on their phone most of the time and this is not a one time thing its on a continuas basis
