Had an awesome experience at The Halal Guys in Frisco! The food was on point: fresh, flavorful, and just hit the spot.
But what really stood out was Marias service. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she really cares about the customers.
Definitely coming back again: great food and even better vibes.

Got regular chicken plate for lunch to go. The people behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. We found the chicken to be in huge chunks than usual which made the whole thing taste like less seasoned than usual. Hope they maintain their consistency.

Use to like this place bit for some odd reason they are either out of lettuce, rice, or meat more times than not in the evening. But somehow magically have it all when they open every day. Very disappointing bc it seems like a lie after so many times. I now take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The service was horrible, and the staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I ordered 12 wings, and to my shock, a woman came out of the bathroom and touched my food with her bare hands. When I asked her to please wear gloves, she told me, “The germs will go away in the oil when frying.” Completely unsanitary and unprofessional.
Despite this, I continued with my order. After I paid, she looked at me and said, “We don’t appreciate people like you, and we will be declining your service from now on.” I was stunned.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The hygiene standards are appalling, and the customer service is beyond disrespectful.

I visited The halal guys in Frisco and it was a fantastic and wonderful experience because the customer service,and the food was excellent. Great place to grab fresh and delicious food. I will come back again.
