Haven’t disappointed me once! Consistent quality, ez to order in person or online. The “sandwich” hits the spot every time, and that hot sauce so spicy but addictive. Mmmmmmmmmmm!!

At around 7pm on May 19th, I was really surprised by the rudeness of the female employee wearing yellow clothes. This was my first time experiencing something like this. Staff training is needed.

BIG WARNING on the food safety at this restaurant. I went around dinner time and the associate serving us used the SAME gloves to put our food in our bowls, use the cashier, and also grabbed my phone to use my code on the mobile app. Very high risk for transmission of nasty bacteria/viruses on your food. With the same gloves he went back and served the people behind us. Never saw the associate remove gloves nor wash his hands jn the whole process. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I hope management does something about this.

Had the worst experience, came in to order some Togo, I was asked to wait for few minutes because the gyro was not ready. I had already ordered, so even before putting my order in, another party arrived ( big party) and their order was taken and all of the rice was over.
Drove for 15 minutes waited over 10 mins and got no food

My wife and I came here for lunch on Aug 28. The food is okay, but we appreciated the great service here!
We ordered 2 regular platters (1 beef gyro and 1 chicken) and both were okay and nothing special. If it wasn’t for the great service, I’d probably drop my review rating to 2 stars to be honest.
However, what drove me to write this review, especially weeks later, was the great service we received from Jinsu. I wanted to recognize Jinsu for he was very helpful and kind. Thank you, Jinsu! =]

Horrible, over cooked and dry, hair in our food! Just look at the pictures!
Update, I contacted the email given in the reply from Hala Guys, many weeks have gone and no reply or call just saying, not only does the food suck, so does the customer service I spent over $100 on food that ended up in the trash!
