Check your meat if you go here! Paid $61+ for 3 lbs ground beef and 3 lbs beef chunks. Brought it home and all the bags only had half pound in each one. Took it back and the guy blamed it on cleaning the meat. They weigh first, clean, and then pack it. We go to pardesi, desi bazaar, and mediterranean market for meat and I have NEVER received less than 1 lb when I purchased 1 lb. They also clean their meat very well before giving it to us and it has never been short. When we told them this, they gave us 1 lb ground beef “free” which was NOT free. It was actually meat we paid for and didn’t get. They did nothing about the beef chunks being short. Dishonest practices. We will not be going back here again, which is unfortunate because we like to support local businesses. Charged $10+ per pound but didn’t even give us the actual meat we paid for. Unbelievable!

Halal meat quality is very good.
