In March, I was in an automobile accident in which I was injured. I was referred to the Ibrahim Law Firm, and Christine was honest and up front about how they could help me resolve this accident. The only issue I had was that the driver didnt have any insurance, driver’s license, or registration, and the attorney didnt want to go after her civilly, saying it wouldnt be worth it because she didnt have anything. Thats my only issue with them. An attorney should go after whatever dollars they can especially on something like this and an accident especially when you have an uninsured motorist driver and someone is injured because they shouldnt be on the road in the first place I dont care if this person didnt have anything I wouldve rather have this persons wages, garnished on whatever job they have. Still, this attorney didnt wanna go to court, and thats my only issue with them. Other than that, they maintained communication throughout the process. They were successful in settling with the insurance company in getting a settlement from my insurance, which basically paid for my injuries. and they took 40%.
Updated review : Fast-forward to March 2025 and this happened again I was rear ended however, this time the person that hit me had insurance however it is unknown how much insurance they had I went through a whole process again and the previous person I dealt with wasnt available so I dealt with two different people and the biggest problem with this law firm is communication. I think youre reading from the reviews That is their biggest problem. They dont communicate with you enough Ive given up on them in reference to communication the other day, I receive a brief phone call I called them back and they were abrupt and very rude telling me that they hadnt heard anything. I didnt call them. They called me (see photo) You dont have to be rude about it but, if youre going to call me at least say it was an accident. We didnt mean to call you and we dont have an update on your case, but dont make it out like I called you in reference to the case thats my issue with them. My injuries have not healed they are worse and they pretty much dont care so unless they bother to read this and respond to it appropriately. My review will not change would I recommend them now.unfortunately no
