His hands and skills are a gift!! I follow different surgeons on social media and all their work looks cookie cutter and just ok. I chose Dr Karam because everyone looks like the refreshed beautiful version of themselves after surgery. I had the full vertical restore in December 2023 and received the best care from everyone in the office. The nurses were so gentle with removing stitches and cleaning me up. Dr Karam told me during the pre-op I didnt need a lip lift and gave me a credit back. He also educated me on my preorbital edema which I had no idea what or why my eyes looked like that but so grateful for the explanation. I appreciate the honesty and that he didnt do unnecessary work on me. There was no pain but the incisions are super super super itchy while theyre healing. Also what most people look like in 7-12 days took me over 3 months for the swelling to go down but I tend to swell ALOT! My ears are still pinched so I know Im still swollen but Im so happy with the results. I am very private so I dont want to share my pictures but the results are stunning! Ive been using his skincare right after surgery and my skin is glowing. He said as the swelling keeps going down its going to keep improving. I cant wait to see what I look like after a full year recovery. I know its pricey but my face is worth it. Ive seen some botched jobs and not willing to risk it. I have friends and family saving to do this surgery with him. He is amazing and I love all his educational content too. I hope hes still doing this in 15 years when I need a touch up!

5/2025 I came back for chin liposuction because even after losing all my weight (10 pds) I still had fullness under my chin. Dr. Karam emphasized that he was going to be conservative because he didnt want to chase perfection and have worse results if he took too much out and caused saggy skin. He did surgery under local anesthesia and I was sort of awake during the procedure. No pain what so ever!!! He is extremely kind and has great bedside manners. He is who you see on social media! Professional, kind, patient! His staff is AMAZING too. Jake, Cheryl, Stacey, and Hannah! I hope I spelled their names correctly. Wow!! Top notch human beings! You can tell they all love what they do! He left compression stitches on my face for a week which look crazy but they dont hurt and they reduce the swelling! My sister had under chin liposuction from elsewhere and she was swollen for months! If you didnt know I had work done you cant detect the swelling. It looks so good for being only one week out. Im 52 this year and everyone says I look like Im in my 30s. I dont care about the age, Im just happy to look like myself but just refreshed! No weird pulled back look. Dr Karam and his staff are the BEST!

I was 45 when I had a vertical restore (2 years ago). I mostly wanted to tweak a few areas – lower eyelid extra skin, slight folds around my mouth, lost facial volume, small lateral brow lift. Because I had watched so many of his videos I believed in the idea of lifting the whole face together as a unit so everything was in proportion. What ended up happening is areas of my face that I didnt want tweaked, got tweaked and my natural facial balance was thrown off. Its very subtle but I notice it. I also was slightly overfilled with fat in areas I didnt want fat – I trusted his judgment on what I needed but now those areas bother me. And I still need filler in my cheeks because I am a thin, active person – I thought if I had a fat transfer I wouldnt need filler anymore. If I could do it all over again, I would just do a lower facelift and maybe a lateral brow lift separately – though I just had filler put in under my brow and that made my eyebrows look more lifted. I also had 2 doctors tell me I didnt need a skin pinch under my eyes – but Dr Karam said I should do it (for 20k dollars)! Still it was a bother to me so I did it. Now my eyelids pull down ever so slightly and it bugs me to where I am inquiring about a canthopexy to fix it. He did a good job – I dont look weird – its just I think an overhaul of my face with a vertical restore was too much for what little change I wanted to make.

5 weeks out from V.R. and I am thrilled with my results. Dr Karam is hands down the most skilled surgeon that will give you the most natural result.
His patented technique takes you into a Time Machine and you look years younger without looking like you had work done. This man is a true artist and has perfected this technique because this is what he does day in and day out. Anesthesia was so comfortable; no nausea afterwards. Incisions are hidden and barely visible. He has a pre-op and post – op team that are compassionate and qualified to answer any questions and he is readily available if you need him. Such a lovely and humble man that truly loves his craft. I highly recommend watching all his videos and instagrams as he is a wealth of information that most questions are answered before you even get to see him. Your face is worth every penny!! You wont regret going with Dr.Karam!

Dr. Karam helped bring fullness and symmetry back to my face. I had a resection of a tumor and reconstructive surgery that left me hollowed on one side of my face from my masseter muscle being resected.

I truly appreciate his and his staff’s patience as I took time to build the courage to proceed (8 years). Changing one’s “God-given” body always carries a degree of risk, and there are no guarantees, regardless of a surgeon’s talenta fact I fully understood. This compounded by my prior surgery made me slow to decide to voluntarily pursue what insurance considered “cosmetic” revisions. He could not have been kinder to me in the process of my hesitations.

His willingness to consult with my UCLA surgeon and thoroughly understand the intricacies of my original reconstruction spoke volumes about his dedication and meticulous attention to detail. Dr. Karam possess a calming presence, a kind confidence that is essential in a surgeon, and an unwavering focus on precision.

Thanks to his skills, my facial symmetry was significantly improved and the resected area now appears much more natural. If I pursue any further procedures as I age, I would 100% choose to return to him. He is a truly gifted surgeon.

Do not order product from this company. I ordered and paid for product totaling over $300. The FeEx shpmt did not arrive at my house. Pic the driver took is not of my home. I contacted FedEx which is absolutely pointless. I’m on my third day of trying to locate where my pkg/product was delivered with no assistance from FedEx or the customer service company/rep who services Dr. Karam’s business. They told me they are not responsible for misdeliveries and will not replace the product. I also paid for delivery on these items. Someone has to take responsibility. Afterall, both companies rec’d payment!! Surely, there should be some kind of insurance. The email I rec’d from Karam’s customer service told me to wait three days and check will my neighbors. OoooK, so I’m supposed to knock on door after door to try and find my pkg. So, order at your own risk, because the customer service on either end is non-existant. Good-Bye Dr. Karam. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
