I never leave a review, but this is a must. I bought ground beef here the other day and it was spoiled. I came to this store today with this ground beef to return it for a refund. The staff and the director did not return my money for minced meat, they lied to me that it was not spoiled and did not smell of anything, then they said that it smells like that because of my freezer, to which I invited them home to prove that the rest of the meat was not there spoiled. The cashier demanded a cash receipt from me to return the money, although I presented them with a label with the weight and price of the goods. The cashier explained that a cash receipt is needed in order to find out when the goods were purchased, I asked them to raise the sales history, but he said that the sales history was not saved anywhere. Then I asked to see the recordings from the cameras, but they said that the cameras were not working. They could not properly explain and show why I cannot return their goods. I stayed there for an hour, I was tired of proving that they sold stale goods and asked me to sort it out somehow, instead the director began to threaten me. This ground beef was only $30.
