Usually I find everything here especially all the puja stuff needed during festivals BUT I am disappointed by my recent experience where I bought a small box of jasmines for 12$ and ended up finding them browned up and some rotten. They had a post it saying not to open the box of flowers to check, well that explains why.
We should be able to see what we are buying especially if its something like flowers, fruits and vegetables that are perishable.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Coconut Hill Indian Grocery Store in Fremont, California. As a regular customer, I was surprised to find that the Pani Puri I purchased was spoiled, stained, and had a bad smell and taste. When I tried to return the product, the store owner’s response was unhelpful and rude. Despite my concerns, he refused to accept the return, showing a lack of customer care. I attempted to leave the product with him, but he didn’t offer an apology or any resolution. Unfortunately, this experience highlighted poor customer management and a prioritization of profits over customer satisfaction!
This shop has coconut in its name but their coconuts are very bad. For a pooja ceremony I bought coconuts from them almost all of them are bad. Its really disappointing and effects our mood and sentiments. I can understand 1 or 2 can go bad but almost all is a terrible thing.
Great local Indian grocery store with fresh available every week. Prices are reasonable and produce is fresh
Run by Malayalis, this place is always buzzing. A bit cramped but the choice of groceries is amazing and the vegetables are always fresh. The checkout line moves brisk and the staff is courteous.
The parking situation can be tight but never so bad youll have to drive around.
Indian Grocery, All South Indian items are available here. Indian plants like curry leaves plant, Jasmine plants are also available. South Indian masala and spicy snacks are also available.
We bought strawberry creme roll in Fremont store today for my kids while tasting it we felt it was completely spoiled and not in the condition to eat. Im really concerned about how the store could sell these kind of spoiled products with is no use date printed on it. How the store could be so lethargic on kids eating products. What could have happened if my kids had eaten it before an adult tasting it? Try to sell a good quality product otherwise better dont sell it.
