I finally received a call back, and the person was not only very apologetic but also much more concerned and took the matter more seriously. They worked with me to resolve the issue, which I appreciate. However, the staff member at the counter could benefit from additional training and a better understanding of professionalism. They did not take responsibility for selling an item at the wrong price and refused to address the mistake, which is something that needs improvement.

I have the crappiest experience. They have highly reviews however I went there with the understanding that the meat will be good.
I purchased the part beef . That was marked down. I did not pay much attention because the person behind the counter did not speak English. He knew we had asked him. But he charged full price. I noticed it after I came home. Called him multiple times he answered and did not acknowledge . Started saying no English. I’m not from town . But because of their name and the reviews which I’m really concerned as honest or not. The guy kept on hanging up our phone. After we asked him to speak to somebody who speaks English. This was a very very poor experience I’ve been trying to call him for the last 20 minutes. I live about 45 minutes away from that place The only reason we went there is because they are known very good in their service. I tried reaching out to their other numbers and there is no information available. Now that we call him the store number he keeps disconnecting it after two rings This is extremely unprofessional… This meat was completely marked down in a freezer right across from the cashier we asked him before we picked it up he said yes that it is on sale. And now he does not even want to answer the phone or provide somebody else who can take care of this matter.
I’m hoping after this review the owner or somebody in charge reaches back to me and resolve this matter. I happen to keep the receipt and when I came home I looked at that he charged me the same full price for a regular item versus the one that was on sale.
I repeat again and again This is a poor experience on behalf of Muslims who have somebody working at a position who cannot understand our communicate properly especially when an issue arises.
