Rude nasty uncle working on the front counter. Depressed. While I was giving my order he was on the phone talking to someone and ignoring my order. Restaurant is amazing but the customer service was unprofessional.

I visited this place in the morning for breakfast and ordered a Batter chicken nan and it was served cold, it was disgusting, I couldn’t eat it.

Yesterday I order from Garib Nawaz 1 tray chicken biryani for my office For the 1st time . Really impress their service and the guy name Faizal he was very nice and helpful . also I request him for fresh and hot food and he did his job really good. Also, he helped me to bring my food to my car coz I was unable to carry that hot tray , which I really appreciate from him

There was this really big guy working tonight and he was delivering the food to everyone’s table except us and he basically just threw the food know the counter and said here’s your food very disrespectful and very dissatisfied with the service provided here by this big fellow

This guy had a real bad attitude.He was arguing with one of the customers.I saw him disrespectfully throw one of the food for a customer on the table while he was hand delivering foods to other tables and then proceeded to have an argument with a gentleman at the counter
