This is hands down my favorite market for Middle Eastern groceries in the area. I’m a grad student at UTD, originally from Jordan, and I’ve been shopping here every single week since I discovered it. The store is always clean and well-organized, and they consistently stock all the Arab and Middle Eastern brands I’m looking for. I’ve recommended it to so many friends and classmatesit’s become a staple for our community.

That said, I do have a few suggestions that could make an already great store even better:

First, it would be awesome if more in-store products were added to the mobile app. There are several items I buy regularly that aren’t listed online, which makes ordering ahead a bit tricky.

Second, while I appreciate that delivery is available (currently $9), I think a loyalty membership program could be a great incentive for regular customers. For example, members who order above a certain amountsay $35could get free delivery. This would really encourage repeat business and reward your most loyal shoppers. I don’t have a car, so a benefit like this would make shopping here even more convenient.

Also, I’ve noticed that some everyday items, like bottled water, are priced a bit higher than nearby stores. It’d be great if the pricing on basics like that could be reviewed.

Finally, adding an Arabic language option for phone customer service (like “Press 1 for Arabic”) would really help a lot of us in the community feel more comfortable reaching out with questions.

All that said, this place is spacious, clean, and reliableeasily the best Mediterranean market I’ve found since moving here. Thank you for serving our community so well!

Placed a custom order cake for my daughter with a Palestinian flag on it. Showed up at pick up time and they were rude from the start and then said we never heard of this order. You must have placed it somewhere else.

They act like they serve the community but shows how much they care.

Like coming here for desserts and the cafe, they offer some of the best lunch plates. During the summer I am obsessed with their lemon and mint lemonade. Our go to dessert option is the flan.

Love the halal grocery options! Cafe and bakery is amazing as well
