My experience with Atlanta GA Guidance Residential was extremely unprofessional. The reason I’m posting here is because i would like you to be mindful of what could happen to you.
1. Guidance Residential interest rate quoted to me was higher than most other bank.
2. Guidance Residential is the business like any other. Make sure they can back up what they say. Do not trust verbal confirmation.
3. I struggle to get in touch with anyone. Be prepared with not hearing from someone since it is a smaller leader than others.
4. Guidance Residential are aware that most of the customers are trying to avoid Interest. Be mindful and read all fine print before you sign anything. The word Interest rate is everywhere on their documents.
