Friendly owner and staff! Opted for the 6 piece pack with medium heat and its a perfect choice to start off with. Food was well seasoned and tasted great! Wasnt greasy at all owner was nice enough to give extra sauces, I will be coming back!

Got 3 shoshos and it was a lot of food per container definitely 2/3 people can eat it and be really full. Tried the hot and it wasnt really hot at all probably half way to hot Cheetos, chicken had no flavor, the macaroni and cheese had really no flavor and not a lot of cheese, fries were just frozen fries nothing crazy but whose expecting home made fries? We ended up buying 2 bags of hot Chips turning them into dust basically and poured it on top and that was good. All in all its okay nothing crazy but if your looking for flavor definitely no.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was deliciousfresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The woman who served us was absolutely wonderfulfriendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place, and Ill definitely be coming back!

The chicken and sauce were great.
The macaroni was bland and the fries were fries. I’d skip the fries and stick to the meals with more chicken.
Price was more than reasonable for what I got.

This place has great chicken options but its nice and quiet, the food is good and reasonably priced. I got food two days in a row from here and Ill just say be careful of getting extra hot .

Family and I finished our day at Knotts Berry and we decided we wanted something different for dinner. The service of this restaurant was outstanding; kind and helpful staff. Ambiance is family friendly, calm and quiet. Food was amazing and fresh, except the fries which were a bit cold but nevertheless tasty as well! We ordered a Special sandwich (which isnt pictured on here) and it was hot and tasty. The staff (which im assuming were the owners) came by to check on us and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank so much! We will definitely be back!!! 🙂

They charged me $4 for a can soda. I was there to use the bathroom and the bathroom was broken. What the hell if the prices of the food are this expensive no wonder why this place is always empty. Every single time I’ve passed by empty. Or is it because they don’t like me why they charged me $4 for a $2 tops soda. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend it’s too pricey.

This was my first time trying Hotbox out. I was searching for some chicken and fries and saw the reviews for this location. The young guy at the register was cool. Very clean and well maintained place.
Now the food was very satisfying. I ordered the combo 3 and was enjoying every bite in addition the sauce that’s given amped up the flavor. I will be return to them again to try some other combos that caught my attention.
I do recommend them if you’re looking for some good chicken and fries.

The Lemon Pepper chicken was wayyyyy toooo SALTY. The Classic was different for my taste, but one would have to taste for themselves.
There is an accident waiting to happen upon entry. There is an incline brick I tripped on and another customer did the same thing right after me. Informed the check out person to inform the manager before they have a Lawsuit on their hands.
