Although they have some nice stuff but their customer service is so bad!! I have went there and talked to a lady that works there and asked her to show me something within my range of budget.. she shows me something and tries to convince me that the bigger the better so i could show off to people how big my piece is???!! I said no thank you it doesnt matter how big is it as long as i like it and feel comfortable wearing it.
Then I show her the ring that I asked them to fix and she goes why did you even buy this this is so small and light
I beg your pardon??? But this is none of your business I buy what i want no its not your place to tell me why did I do so!
Mind you I send messages on their social media and most of my times I am left with 0 answers just left on seen.
Who ever is in charge of social media as well should do a better job. I wish i can add the pictures where they have left me on seen plenty of times
