The food was okay. I ordered 2 chicken dishes, and one of them was actually pretty tasty, but the other item, a kebab, actually smells and tastes like it was actually rotten or they used old oil to fry it. I brought home some of the leftovers and air fried the kebab again in the hopes of getting some of the oil out of the meats-no such luck and now I can actually see it has made me sick.
Another thing that was interesting was that my 2 entrees came with hummus but that part of the dish were ice cold, while the chicken, rice and salad were room temperature.
I would not recommend this place since they are serving either old or expired meats and products. It seems apparent to me that the folks running this place are not actually trained in the culinary arts.
My wife and I enjoy Mediterranean food and like to explore new Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Recently, we were looking forward to visiting a new place, only to discover that it was a grocery store with a small restaurant/room inside. The couple who ran the restaurant didn’t even understand a word in English and lacked basic manners. I won’t even get into the food, but the gyro I ordered came in a hotdog bun because they had run out of gyro wraps. They didn’t even have water to offer, and when we asked for some, they pointed at a tiny cooler with sodas. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. After eating there, I had an upset stomach for almost a week. It’s unbelievable that this place has a 4.3 rating.
5 stars. Incredibly delicious Mediterranean food and even some Indian subcontinent dishes. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and a Mediterranean grocery store right there where you can get stocked up on anything you need. Highly recommend!
An excellent place for whom who loves Kebab, falafel and chicken and/or beef sharma. Food is served in a homely environment with an option to take out. The owner and his wife are always warm and smiley. I can assure, you will enjoy healthy food at affordable prices here in this homely environment
This is the best and most authentic Mediterranean in the area. I am lucky to live nearby. They have an attached Little grocery store with unusual foreign Foods that are also amazing. I get my tahini there when I make my own hummus.
